meet sarah litty
"It started when I fell in love...with letterpress wedding invitations." Immediately deciding that she had to bring letterpress invitations full swing to the South, the idea of custom high style wedding invitations was born. Prior to founding Paperwhites Press, Sarah was a self-employed web designer for Triangle area businesses. She started her design career in college working primarily on the web for the University of Illinois, Addison Wesley Publishing, The National Center for Supercomputing Applications and Eastman Kodak. Sarah currently resides in Cary, North Carolina with her husband Dan and their two children.
meet andrea emrick
Hailing from sunny San Diego to sweet Carolina, Andrea, a recent California transplant, joined Paperwhites Press this summer as Sarah's "No. 2" (think Austin Powers). Andrea obtained a degree in graphic design from San Diego State University where she graduated with top honors. She has done everything from working in the music industry in Los Angeles to teaching surf lessons in the Pacific ocean. She lives in Cary with her husband Keith. In her spare time, she likes to hike Umstead State Park and eat Mexican and Thai food.
