Ordering Process

Order Samples

Samples ship in about 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time in transit via the postal system. We think it is best for you to experience our invitations and view options in hand prior to placing your online order. All of our sample orders contain our ink color guides and paper swatches as well as a coupon for $10 off of your invitation order. If you are local to the Raleigh-Durham area, you may schedule a 1 hour complimentary consultation appointment if you would like to visit us in person.

Place your Order and Submit Wording

Place your online order via our website. At this time you can enter your wording, email it to us. Digital proofs will be ready approximately 1 to 3 business days (M-F) AFTER we receive of your invitation wording.

Proofing and Approval

At this time, you will have a chance to review your digital PDF invitation proofs and request any changes. You are allowed two round of complimentary edits. Additional proof rounds are $25 per round. Remember it is your responsibility to proofread your invitations. Nothing is printed without your FINAL proof approval.

Production

Once we receive final proof approval of your digital proofs, your order goes into production. The production time varies based on the product ordered and these turnaround times do not include the time spent during the proofing process. The production clock begins once we receive FINAL APPROVAL of your proofs and are as follows:

Shipping

At this time your invitations will be counted and carefully boxed for shipping. We ship using FedEx ground services. Please see our shipping section of the website for estimated ground shipping times from our North Carolina studio location. Expedited shipping can be requested and arranged by emailing or calling. These expedited fees are charged in addition to any express turnaround fees incurred at the time of shipping. Any ground shipping paid is credited toward the cost of Express shipping.
