Our Proofing Policy

• 1) Please remember we DO NOT PROOFREAD your invitations for errors.
• 2) Please download our information sheet How to Proof Your Invitations.
• 3) Your FIRST proofs will be available for viewing within approximately 1 to 3 business days (M-F) (excluding major holidays) after your order is placed and we have received your wording in full.
• 4) Please submit all feedback via email.
• 5) Your SECOND and FINAL set of proofs will be ready in 1 to 3 business days M-F (excluding major holidays) from receipt of any change requests received.
• 6) If you require additional rounds of proofs beyond your FINAL proofs - they are $25 per round.
• 7) Orders will NOT be placed into production without FINAL PROOF APPROVAL, no exceptions.
• 8) Turnaround times begin AFTER proof approval is received.
• 9) Please notify us if you require EXPRESS PRODUCTION at the time of proof approval. All turnaround times begin AFTER PROOF APPROVAL!
• 10) Remember: If a mistake is printed that you have approved, all reprint costs will be at the cost of the client. Paperwhites is not responsible for errors or mistakes printed on approved proofs. Please proofread carefully!
