Invitation and Personalized Stationery Orders

Please see our turnaround times in our FAQ for shipping times for our various product lines. All shipping times are in addition to our production and proofing times! All of our orders are sent using FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground Services from our Cary, North Carolina location. FedEx Ground speed is anywhere from 1-7 business days (see map below for estimated transit times from our location in North Carolina to your state).

Sample Orders Shipping

Samples ship from our NC studio in about 3-5 business days and are sent via USPS first class mail. First class mail then takes anywhere from 1 to 5 business days transit time. Shipping is included in the cost of all of our samples.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please notify us after your order is placed if you require a shipping upgrade. All of our RUSH fees are charged at the time of shipping and any necessary expedited shipping charges will be added if you request them - otherwise all orders ship via FedEx Ground Services.

International Shipping

We ship to the following countries; Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom & Ireland. We ship via USPS Global Priority Mail which can take anywhere from 10 - 14+ business days. International shipping prices range from $50 - $125 or more and depend on the size and weight of the package. We will do our best to estimate your shipping at the time you place your order, but will not know the total cost until your order is boxed for shipment. All international shipping charges must be paid in full prior to your box leaving our facility. Any US ground charges already paid will be applied to your international shipping fees. We cannot be held responsible for package delays due to customs as well as additional taxes and duties on your packages.
